Restore the headwaters of Mill Creek (2 ac) by sensoring excess fill and collapsed culverts and replacing them with a single crossing, relocating an earthen trail upslope, planting riparian plants, and massaying redwood canopy. 7,500 cubic yards of sediment will be prevented from polluting mill and Sonoma creeks.
