Document Description
This project consists of the expansion of the existing office complex at the Tijuana Estuary Visitor Center by adding approximately 1,600 sq. feet onto the current structure and implementing minor interior renovations. The addition will be a frame structure to the existing building. The addition will be placed on a building pad previously constructed in conjunction with the original building.
