Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Use Permit to allow a wireless communications facility on an existing 34 +/- foot high building on 1.16 +/- acres in the BP zone. The facility consists of the installation of a total of nine panel antennas (3 sectors with 3 antennas per sector) mounted on the façade of the existing penthouse and four equipment cabinets (2 initial and 2 future) within a 180 +/- square foot lease area on the second floor of the building.
