A Development Plan Review to allow the remodel/rebuilding of an existing single-story family dwelling on a 0.34 +/- parcel in the Garden Highway Special Planning Area. The proposed residence is a 2-story, 5,340 square foot residence. 2. A Variance to reduce the side yard setback requirement of an existing residence from 17 feet to 7 feet (portion). The side yard setback requirement is 20 feet for the Garden Highway Special Planning Area.
