Document Description
A final cap consisting of aggregate base rock and asphalt concrete over dried dredged sediment from Richmond Harbor deepening and regulated by the Department of Toxic Substances Control under an Operation and Maintenance Agreement with the Port was completed in 2004. Because the site is no longer accepting dredged material, the requirements of a 1996 order for material handling and monitoring storm water discharges from the drying area are no longer applicable.
