Present Land Use
The Placer County General Plan designates the site as Agricultural. The site is zoned Farm-Building Combining Zone Planned Development (F-B-X-10 ac PD0.1).
The UAIC proposes to develop 110 residential lots of approximately five acres each for Tribal members. Associated community facilities including an administrative center, community center, day care center, school, infirmary, RV facility, eqestrian center, and athletic fields are also proposed.
