Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Twain Harte Community Services District, represented by Pete Kampa, General Manager. The applicant proposes to install a catch basin/infiltration system, replace a culvert crossing with a limited use bridge, create flow controlling riffles within Twain Harte Creek, remove and control non-native Himalayan blackberries within the identified restoration area.
