Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map 05TSM-126(2) to divide the 35.7 +/- acre property into 69 residential lots and a 5.7 +/- acre common area to be zoned Open Space-1. 4. Resolution of application to the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) to form a County Service Area to provide road maintenance for roads serving the proposed subdivision which are not accepted into the County Maintained System.
