Document Description
The objectives of the Remedial Action Plan includes the following: Install RCRA Subtitle C and D capping systems in the containment area, install a fence around the containment area, excavate and consolidate hot spot areas from the upland and Non-tidal Wetland Areas, install a 2 foot soil cover over upland areas that included hot spots, create new wetlands from upland areas as mitigation for the cap in the containment area covering a degraded pickleweed wetland, perform groundwater monitoring and application of land use restrictions upon completion of site remediation work to restrict property use and to protect the site remedy.
