Document Description
The Northeast Specific Plan Area is made up of 145 acres located adjacent to the City's eastern boundary. Development contemplated within the Specific Plan Area would consist of residential (low, medium-low and medium density), open space and community commercial uses. The Land use Plan to be adopted as part of the Specific Plan represents the land uses that would be implemented by the Specific Plan. Included with the Specific Plan are request for maps for approximately 100 acres.
