Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2006-0284-R2 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, D.R. Horton.
This agreement pertains to the widening and realignment of approximately 1.9 miles of Bass Lake Road. The project will include construction of a center median curb, and bicycle and pedestrian facilities requiring the filling of some drainages, replacement of two culverted crossings with the installation of two bridges and riprap, storm drain removal and construction of five storm drain laterals, as described in Notification 1600-2006-0284-R2.
