Document Description
The proposed project would incrementally increase the treatment capacity of the WQCF from 9.87 million gallons per day (mgd) to 27 mgd average dry weather flow (ADWF), increase wastewater effluent discharges to the San Joaquin River, result in discharge of wastewater effluent on urban and agricultural lands, result in minor improvements to existing sewer lines, and result in the construction of three new trunk sewers measuring a total of approximately 21 miles.
