The 6.33 ac. parcel is developed with a single family residence. The existing residence and any future residences would be served by separate on-site sewage disposal systems and public water connection several wetlands and drainages exists on the property that will be protected with buffers from development. Access to all parcels is from Wonder Stump Road.
