Document Description
Colusa Industrial Properties is proposing a Colusa County General Plan Amendment and Rezone for approximately 151 acres of industrial land within the Colusa Industrial Park. The amendment and rezoning would designate 50 acres of land Urban Residential (UR)/Single Family Residential (R-1-8); 17 acres Urban Residential/High Density Residential (R-4); 56 acres Parks and Recreation (P-R)/General Recreation (G-R); and 28 acres Commercial (C)/Neighborhood Commercial (C-1), Community Commercial (C-2) and Highway Commercial (CH). A maximum of 84 low density residential units, 146 high density residential units, and 117,000 square feet of commercial and office uses would be developed in the project area. The Colusa Golf and Country Club would be expanded into the project area to provide a new clubhouse and redesign two holes. Wastewater treatment facilities and other infrastructure would be constructed to support the new uses. Farinon Road would be modified to provide a primary access point for the development.
