The project is located on the western side of Livermore in eastern Alameda County immediately south of I-580. As part of a 250 acre commercial development the project activities that would occur within the stream zone of Arroyo Las Positas and Cottonwood Creek include constructing 5 new outfalls, lowering one outfall and constructing 6 new bridges.
