Document Description
Grading Permit G2005-54 to allow grading for the construction of a 50-foot wide road and arched bridge crossing over Curtis Creek on a 6.1+/- acre parcel zoned RE-2 (Residential Estate, two acre minimum). Approximately 7,500 +/- cubic yards of dirt will be excavated to construct the road which is approximately 620-feet long by 50-feet wide and an arched bridge crossing which is approximately 38-foot long by 40-foot wide by 60-inches high. An additional area approximately 120-feet by 60-feet will be graded, to the northeast of the road site, for the placement of a temporary equipment storage area.
