It will consist of 45 residential lots (37 single-family attached with 8 live-work units fronting on Taylor Road). The attached units range in size from approximately 1,373 square feet to 2,018 square feet, with garages. The live-work units will include a 2,212 square foot residence with an area of approximately 480 square feet for use as commercial/office space. The overall density is 7.1 du/ac. On-site improvements will include typical street and utility improvements. The stormwater drainage system will include a detention basin.
