The Removal of Barrier For West Branch Soquel Creek Fish Passage is a project included under DFG's Fisheries Restoration Grant Program. DFG is the CEQA lead and prepared the Negative Declaration in 2006. This project includes the removal of an existing undersized culvert and replacing it with a natural bottom 3 culvert system. The Resource Conservation District of Santa Cruz County concours with DFG's CEQA findings.
