Document Description
Construct and operate: (1) a neighborhood distribution substation on the north side of the planned Whitelock Parkway between Bruceville Road and West Stockton Boulevard, approximately 5,600 feet south of Elk Grove Boulevard; (2) a single-circuit 69 kV subtransmission line (approximately 2.1 miles long) is proposed to connect to an existing 69 kV subtransmission line located on Bruceville Road to the west and on West Stockton Boulevard to the east. The substation will be connected to this new 69 kV subtransmission line. Three alternative alignments are being considered.
