Document Description
The Resolution of Intention to amend the General Plan proposes that the County examine revised Floor Area Ratio (FAR) standards of 0.85 for Commercial and permanent elimination of the FAR applicable to Agricultural Lands. As a separate component, the Resolution includes a proposal for a new Mixed-Use Development (MUD) designation (and include a FAR of 1.00, allow resential density from 10 to 24 dwelling units per acre, and provide for a density bonus to encourage affordable housing.
