Document Description
The applicant proposes an 86,910 sf, four-story building over two levels of underground parking (215 spaces), with maximum heights of 35 ft on Main St and 59 ft behind. The project will contain office and retail uses. Portions of the historic Clifton Motor Co. would be demolished; also, three non-historic buildings would be demolished. The remainder of the historic building would be rehabilitated in compliance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation.
