Document Description
The proposed project, sponsored by Shogakukan, Inc., consists of the demolition of an existing two-story-plus-mezzanine-and-basement office building and the construction of a three-story-plus basement 20,542 square foot commercial building that would include a cinema, lobby, coffee bar, ancillary support space, and retail and/or office space. The rectangular-shaped project site is on the south side of the city block bounded by Post, Webster, Sutter, and Laguna Streets in the Nihonmachi area of San Francisco.
