Document Description
The proposed expansion would allow the storage of up to 120 junk (non-operable) vehicles on the property. The actual number of junk vehicles on the property at any given time will fluctuate depending on how many vehicles are towed to the property for storage, and how many vehicles are mashed and shipped off the property. It is estimated that approximately 60 vehicles will be mashed and taken off the property each year. Each truckload can carry up to 20 mashed cars, and there may be up to 2 truckloads taken away in a week.
