Document Description
The applicant, Pavillion Communities, is proposing to subdivide the 19.12 acre property into 38 single-family residential lots. Thirty-three of the residential lots will have a minimum size of 10,000 square feet. The five residential lots are located adjacent to Browns Valley Road will have a minimum size of one acre. The entrance into the proposed subdivision will be provided across from the intersection of Browns Valley Road and McMurtry Lane. The lots will be accessed by a circular street within the subdivision. A 0.51 acre detention basin is being proposed along the norther property line of the subdivision.
