The current Glendale General Plan land use designation and zoning designation for the project site is Downtown Specific Plan (DSP).
Document Description
The project would consist of a 20 story residential tower and an 18 story hotel/ residential tower with associated support spaces, such as parking, amenity rooms, storage rooms, lobby, and service spaces. A total of 184 residential units and 172 hotel rooms will be provided. The residential tower would include 135 residential units and the hotel/ residential tower would contain 49 residential units. In addition, a 4,089 sq. ft. retail/ cafe component will be provided at the ground level of the hotel/ residential tower. The project is anticipated to be ready for occupancy in 2010.
