Document Description
The proposed project involves a development of a 67-unit townhome project on a 3.45-acre site and includes the removal of five buildings (that have been determined to not be historically significant). The proposal includes a General Plan Land Use Element Amendment to redesignate the site from General Commercial to Planned Development- Mixed Use, a Zone Change to reclassify the zone designation of the site from Commercial to Planned Development-Mixed Use, a Planned Developmend for the Townhome project, and a tentative subdivision map to merge multiple existing parcels into two parcels and to create an "air-space" condominium development.
