The proposal includes a General Plan Land Use Element Amendment to redesignate the site from General Commercial to Planned Development- Mixed Use, a Zone Change to reclassify the zone designation of the site from Commercial to Planned Development-Mixed Use, a Planned Developmend for the Townhome project, and a tentative subdivision map to merge multiple existing parcels into two parcels and to create an "air-space" condominium development.
