Document Description
As part of settlement agreement, stabilization of landslide area affecting seven single-family homes and potentially threatening 17 occupied homes. Project includes rezoning of private open space to accomodate expansion of Shorecliffs Mobilehome Park by 20 units. Approximately 720,000 cubic yards of dirt will be moved, with a net fill of approximately 68,000 cubic yards.
