The Paredon Project would utilize extended reach drilling from Venoco's Carpinteria Oil and Gas Processing Facility (CPF) to reach oil and gas reserves located primarily offshore in State Leases PRC 3150 and PRC 3133, and in an onshore area east of the City of Carpinteria which may include portions of PRC 3133.
