Document Description
LAUSD proposes to construct the South Region Middle School No. 3, which would accommodate 1,026 two-semester seats for grades 6 through 8. The project is proposed to relieve overcrowding at nearby Gage Middle School. The proposed facilities would total 96,000 square feet of new building development and include 38 classrooms, a food service area, library/media center, science labs, performing arts area, and administrative offices. The project would also include athletic playfields and an at-grade parking structure.
