The proposed project is comprised of both the Redlands Commons and Trojan Groves development projects. Redlands Commons is a mixed-use project that includes single-family residential, open space consisting of a small park and meandering walkways, single-story office, and retail. Trojan Groves is a commercial project that may include a mix of major commercial, inline retail, neighborhood commercial, restaurant, and/or office uses.
