The project is a major subdivision to create six residential parcels on an 8.26-acre parcel in the Alpine Community Planning Area. Access to each lot would be provided by a private road connecting to Tavern Road. The project would be served by on-site septic systems and imported water from the Padre Dam Municipal Water District. Earthwork will consist of cut and fill of 7,000 yd3 of material.
