The proposed remediation project is being implemented under the direction of the State of California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal/EPA). Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) in accordance with the DTSC Voluntary Cleanup Agreement, Docket No. HSA-A 03/04-158, and under the authority of Chapter 6.5 of the California Health and Safety Code. The project involves remediation of impacted soils in accordance with the methods and procedures presented in the Draft Removal Action Workplan (RAW), prepared by Terra Pacific Group Incorporated (2005).
