Document Description
The project is the City of Livingston 2025 General Plan Update, which provides policy direction and establishes physical land use designations for all lands within the city limits and the proposed Sphere of Influence (SOI). The planning area and expanded SOI consists of 6,150 acres of land proposed for residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, parks and open space, and public facilities. The Project description that is the subject of this environmental review consists of the Land Use, Open Space, Conservation and Recreation, and Urban boundaries elements of 2025 General Plan Update. These elements have been revised in response to a court order.
