The rapid growth and development recently experienced by the City, and anticipated for the future, has led to the recognition that a focused update to the 1999 General Plan is needed to better plan for and manage the City's future growth. The City of Livingston proposes preparation of a Master EIR, scoped to include analysis of the following component projects: - Focused General Plan Update - Implementation of Master Plan Capital Improvement Projects - Development of the River Ranch project in the northwest corner of the City - Development of the Ranchwood project in the southwest corner of the City
