Document Description
CUP application to allow public performances in the open, 73-seat amphitheater; the construction of a bridge over Topanga Creek to access parking area; the proposed 22 parking spaces at the north end of the site which will be paved with grasscrete; an ADA ramp and elevator lift with bridge; and a fire access walkway. Aside from the proposed 22 space parking area, there will be one parking space to the south of the bridge and two handicap parking spaces south of the deck that will also be paved with grasscrete. Project site has an acting school that will operate at the two-story classroom/storage building (2,800 sf) that is under construction. Restrooms for the proposed facility are located inside the existing building that utilizes private septic system. Minimal grading is proposed for the project.
