Document Description
The Helendale Community Services District Task Force (Task Force) as submitted an application to the San Bernardino County Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) to assume responsibility for existing domestic water and sewer service from the existing service agencies and to expand the public services for a specific service area in the High Desert to include solid waste collection, street lighting, park and recreation and graffiti abatement. If approved by LAFCO and the voters within the area, these service responsibilities would be assumed by a new community services district to be named the Helendale Community Services District (CSD or District).
