The proposed project includes an update of the City of Huron's General Plan. The proposed project area (Planning Area) is comprised of approximately 1,913 acres, and contains a mixture of residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial land uses. The General Plan will include Land Use, Open Space, Conservation and Recreation, Circulation, Safety, Noise, Air Quality, and Public Services and Facilities elements to guide future growth of the City in its planning area.
