The project consist s of a Disposition and development Agreement between Century Crowell Communities LP, and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino (Agency) to covey 91.75 acres to Century Crowell Communities LP, which will develop approx. 279 single-family lots, as well as lots for streets, a 7.5 acre park, a 5.5 acre park and a 14 acre soccer park through the preparation and approval of Tract Map to be submitted to the City of San Bernardino.
