Construct, operate, maintain, and eventually decommission a heated oil pipelijne that will extend from the San Ardo Oil Field in the upper Salinas Valley to the Kettleman-Los Medanos (KLM) pipeline southeast of the City of Coalinga located in the San Joaquin Valley (County File #PLN030507. The Heated Oil Pipe Line (Project) will traverse parts of both Monterey and Fresno Counties over a distance of nearly 57.7 miles. The project will require land use entitlements in the form of Conditional Use Permits from both Monterey and Fresno Counties.
