Document Description
The proposed project would connect La Mesa Road and Nisqualli Road to interstate 15 with a full-service interchange, including a two pan over crossing structure designed to accommodate the future freeway widening. La Mesa Road/Nisqualli Road would consist of three through lanes in each direction along with the additional turn lanes at the proposed freeway ramp connections and intersections with two realigned frontage roads. The proposed project would cross the Oro Grande Wash requiring work within the channel. Approximately 3.19 acres of Departmental jurisdictional wash habitat will be impacted via associated fill materials within the City of Victorville, San Bernardino County.
