Existing Landfill site is governed by a CUP and lease with the Department of Defense. The project site is zoned AR-1-1.
The project would allow for a modification to the existing Solid Waste Facility Permit and lease with the Department of Defense to allow a 20-foot increase in the height of the 230-acre Phase I and 238-acre Phase II of the existing West Miramar Landfill.
