The proposed project is a request to annex the 154 acres project site into the City of Lake Elsinore. This area is comprised of 26 parcels already developed with single family houses and 19 vacant parcels. Development plans are not being proposed concurrently with this action. If individual development does occur in the future, it is anticipated that such development would be subject to CEQA review at the time of development.
