Document Description
The 86-acre University Park Specific Plan project area is comprised of three smaller planning areas, and each has its own development design guidelines in order to identify and address special conditions within each of the proposed land use areas. The three proposed land use planning areas within the specific plan include: (1) University Business Park, a high technology Business Park, (2) Discovery Area Residences, a multi-family residential community, and (3) San Marcos Creek Open Space, an open space area for the protection of San Marcos Creek.
