Document Description
Repair and waterproof the south balcony on the West Service Wing tower at Hearst San Simeon State Historic Monument. Project will remove the existing travertine marble deck, waterproof the concrete substrate, and repair a damaged portion of a suspended ceiling. The travertine marble deck will be reset in the original position. Any historic fabric that cannot be repaired will be replaced in like kind. Project supports continued use and maintenance and protects cultural resources.
