The Metropolitan Water District of southern California (Metropolitan) intends to use portable dust collection units in conjunction with various sandblasting operations throughout Metropolitan's Service Area. Metropolitan is required to obtain a "Permit To Operate Regulated Equipment" from the Southern California Air Quality Management District prior to the operation of each portable dust collection unit.
