Document Description
The project consists of two industrial buildings, each approximately 21,641 square feet in size, on two infill lots on Industrial Drive. The project includes four lease spaces per building with on-site parking and two points of access onto the sites. Extensive landscaping is required, including one tree for every four parking spaces.
