Document Description
Monroe site - Property transfer that will allow for the development of a staging area as identified in the Board approved San Tomas Aquino/Saratoga Creek Trails Master Plan and MND/Mitigation Monitoring Program documents (MND/MMP), June 29, 1999. The parcel was identified as an important segment of the trail an as a potential staging area in Master Plan. Since adoption, a NEPA document was filed as part of Federal grant application for the development of the staging area at the Monroe site.

Monroe site - consists of a transfer of ownership of land in order to create a park. The site was identified as a trail segment and potential staging area in the 1999 Board approved San Tomas Aquino/Saratoga Creek Trails Master Plan.
10A & 10B site - consists of the transfer of ownership in order to preserve open space, or habitat. This transfer will be part of a stream maintenance program and will allow for restoration of natural conditions. Parcel 10A is proposed for restoration primarily as wetland habitat, and parcel 10B is proposed for a habitat restoration project at a future date.
