Document Description
The proposed project consists of the annexation of the North Douglas development to Zone 12 of the Sacramento County Water Agency, as conditioned, prior to recordation of the final map. The annexation will allow the County to collect Stormwater Utility fees and provide drainage maintenance related services in the area on behalf of the City of Rancho Cordova.
