Document Description
The project proposed to renovate the existing landscaping at the interchange. The project includes the following elements: reseed base fescue turf areas; plant additional trees and shrubs; replace dead trees and shrubs; mulch bare soil areas; install cobble in wet areas; upgrade irrigation system; install fertilizer system; and prune existing trees.
