The Region 3 construction staff shall construct two small non-inhabitable buildings for purposes of sewer treatment. One building will serve as a laboratory for sewer testing and will total 600 square feet. The second building will be a sewer treatment building, and will total 200 square feet.

Project site is highly disturbed as it has been used for bulldozer training, and rock quarrying. Site is on relatively flat ground, and will require no additional grading.
